Transparent pricing
The total price of the vehicle depends on the condition of the vehicle and what is desired by the customer. Due to the good condition of this vehicle minimal work was needed. However, if a cheaper, lower quality vehicle was purchased, then the repair costs would increase as a result. The following would be an estimate for a vehicle in worse condition. As you can see, while the initial price of the vehicle is cheaper, once repair costs are included it is slightly more expensive then buying a vehicle that doesn’t require a significant amount of work. In other words, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If the customer desires a cheaper vehicle and doesn’t care about it being in fully restored condition, then going cheaper isn’t a bad deal. However if a fully restored vehicle is desired, often times it is better to purchase that from the beginning.

Added US / Canadian Costs
All of our packages include all expenses related to exporting the vehicle. When the vehicle is imported into the US (or Canada) there will also be some taxes and fees that the buyer will be responsible for. We prefer to inform the customer about these upfront, so they don’t have to deal or worry about unexpected fees. For example to import the previously mentioned UAZ into the USA the buyer will have to pay a 2.5% federal import tax, as well as a few hundred in port fees and taxes. In addition, once the vehicle is registered at the state level the buyer will have to pay sales tax (6% in this case) as well as the state’s registration and plate fees. Inspection fees may also be required depending on the state / province in which you desire to register your vehicle in. Using the above example, all US dependent registration, taxes, and fees may easily add up to around $1000. Remember you only pay registration taxes and fees on the vehicle itself! In this example that would be $6300 NOT $13250.
